There are some facts about our earth that are so sublime and unnoticeable that they are just about impossible to believe. The fact that the earth’s continents move is one of them.
Why are continental plate movements important? Well, since about 1968, scientists have been able to measure the rate at which these plates move and this gives us a way of determining the location of a continental plate in the ancient past. In also allows us a means to estimate the age of land forms, and even archeological sites. All we need is a very good reference point from which to measure from.
How do we find a good reference point? Well, we have discovered the orbital path of a celestial companion to earth and it allows us a stable external reference line with which to measure the distance from or to any geographic point on the earth. By measuring the distance that any point is away from our reference line and dividing by the rate of continental land movement per year we have a way to date how long it took for any point to move to its present position.
How did we discover this orbital companion to Earth? We studied the distribution of impact craters on our planet. In so doing, we were able to plot the mean distance of the impact distribution on a map. This gave us a line that circled the globe in a most unusual way indicative of a captured object.
In Asia, this object traveled from Angkor in Cambodia, to Khjurharo in India, to Mecca in Saudi Arabia, and from there to North Africa and then around the globe. (1)
This method gives us amazing results for the age of civilization on the earth. Civilization appears to be many millions of years old.
Let us consider an example. We will use India. India at one time existed separate from Asia. It broke away from the super continent Pangaea and moved to its present position over a period of many million years.
India began colliding with Asia about 2.5 to 3 million years ago. This is about the time an ancient human ancestor called Homo erectus began migrating into Asia from Africa. Could Homo erectus have come from India? Science doesn’t think so but given this analysis it may be possible. Proof would require the discovery of fossils over 2.5 million years old in India.
How does this help us answer questions about very old human civilizations on earth? Let us consider the Indus River Civilization. It is called the Harappan culture.
The Harappan culture is located on the northern end of the Indus River now located in Pakistan. The Indus River is at the North Western edge of the Indian plate. If we measure the distance from Harappa to our reference point we discover that Harappa crossed this reference point 2.8 million years ago.
This answer is totally outside the accepted scientific theories of human origins. However, our analysis holds up and indicates either that modern humans are older than science believes or that a non-human civilization existed in the past.
Neither of these options is outside the realm of scientific possibility and, if evolution is correct, the latter is required.
How do we get this? Evolution necessarily requires the gradual development of human beings from pre-human ancestors. It is a kind of continuum. Animal life gradually evolved into human beings with a series of stages in which the individual species varied from more animal to more human.
Our immediate ancestor would have been very much like us but a little different. The ancestral species to our ancestor would have been much less like us. This would have continued until we reach a species that was not at all human. This is the necessary requirement of evolution. Science has no choice but to accept this.
Well, what is the result of this approach? We would have prehuman species that were also intelligent and could have had and probably did have civilized society. Think about it. Some of the discovered artifacts of the past may be the remains of ancient non-human civilizations. They have to be.
Given that Harappa was under this orbit 2.8 million years ago it seems that the Indus River was home to a non human civilization. Furthermore, we have discovered that these ancients built their cities under this moon’s orbit.
In fact, it was our attempt to discover the reason for the radioactivity of Harappa that led us to the discovery of this ancient orbital object.
This is strange and difficult to accept, however, it is a distinct possibility.
